On behalf of the water board Drents Overijsselse Delta, Dura Vermeer has commenced work to replace the Oosterbroek pumping station in Oldemarkt. During the construction period, a replacement pump set needs to be installed to manage the water level. The pump set had to meet quite a few requirements; it had to incorporate measures for reducing noise, be able to pump a minimum and maximum flow rate, be PLC controlled, including level measurement and an alarm system, and it also had to be equipped with wireless telemetry.
VAN HECK’S CONTRIBUTION
Van Heck’s engineer examined the client’s requirements carefully and selected the DPPG126-HK400. It was assembled and commissioned by our supervisor last Tuesday.
Our client can now start work on replacing the pumping station with confidence.
