Van Heck likes to keep things simple. But good. That combination of qualities perfectly applies to the screw pumps utilized by this Noordwolde-based pump specialist. The extremely simple-to-use screw pumps are also enthusiastically utilized by water boards in the former East Germany. This is a good example of a classical concept that has stood the test of time.
Screw pumps
The screw pumps are easy to use in agriculture, irrigation, drainage and other forms of water displacement in hard-to-access areas. As long as you can drive a tractor there, it’s possible to take the screw pump in and to run it on the power take-off. Or even on the lift, so you don’t even need to take a chassis along.
The highly reliable pump is extremely robust and maintenance friendly, which makes it particularly popular with water boards and, for example, peat extraction companies in Eastern Europe, including Lithuania. But Van Heck also regularly sells these pumps in the Netherlands. The company supplies two variations: one with a flow rate of 800 m³/hour, and another with a flow rate of 1,500 m³/hour.
