Van Heck has a long-term contract with a large English client and this company uses Van Heck pumps for the jet trenching of cables for the wind farms.
Up till now, this client’s main working field was in European waters but now the company has been awarded a contract in the United States of America.
PREPARATION FOR AMERICAN LEGISLATION
The American legislation is, in certain aspects, stricter and differs from European legislation. The pumps sets therefore have been adapted, where necessary, to meet American standards.
The expectation is that the pump sets will be active for this assignment until at least the beginning of 2020.
